📝 Enabling requirements
· The company must have your commercial registration registered in the jurisdiction of the CCB and renewed to the current year.
· The size of the company must be micro or small. (In accordance with the provisions of the article 2.2.1.13.2.1 of Decree 1074 of 2015 and Resolution 2225 of 2019 of DANE)
During the current year, the company did not must have been the beneficiary of a stand at Corferias fairs or fair EVA or Talento al Parque through the CCB, with the exception of the Fair +TALANTE or CCB's own fairs.

🔎Curatorship process
Validation of qualifying requirements
Once the verification stage of qualifying requirements is completed, only the companies that are qualified will be called to a mandatory in-person or virtual workshop as part of the process of curatorship. Companies that do not attend will not continue the curation process nor will they be considered for the final selection of the fair. Schedule for July 29 at 9:00 a.m. A delegate can attend, but must list the company, business or natural person they represent on the registration form.
Once the workshop attendees have been validated, the evaluation will continue by a team designated by the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce, who will evaluate the selection criteria listed in the call.

Fair participation: In order to promote the participation of new companies in the fairs offered by the CCB, higher points will be given to those who have not been beneficiaries in fairs. Therefore, 40 points will be awarded to the company that, during the last two years (period 2024-2025), has not been selected by the CCB as a beneficiary of a stand at fairs (Corferias, Feria Eva or Talento al Parque 93). This score will decrease if the company has been a beneficiary in the following way.
If the company did not participate in any fair as a beneficiary → 40 points
If the company participated in one (1) fair as a beneficiary → 20 points
If the company participated in two (2) fairs as a beneficiary → 10 points
If the company participated in more than two (2) fairs as a beneficiary → 0 points
Business Strengthening: 20 points will be awarded to companies that during the previous year (2025) or the current year (2026) are part of at least one of the following business strengthening initiatives: Active in Bazzarbog Platforms or Business Links Platform, or Participation in business support programs of the Vice Presidency of Business Strengthening (VFE) of the CCB.
Product Differentiation: 20 points will be awarded to the company that has the greatest product differentiation (design proposal and innovative elements, Quality-Materials-Finishes are evaluated)
Brand and Communication: 20 points will be awarded to the company with a DNA in line with the brand and communication (It is evaluated if the company has a logo, active social networks and brand history)
⚠️ Notes important
• In the event that there is a tie in the score of two or more companies, the CCB will select as the beneficiary the company that has made its application first, according to chronological order.
• In the event of a selected company withdrawing, the CCB reserves the right to reassign the stand according to availability; the need to complete the product/service offering in accordance with the emphasis of the fair; and, what is defined in agreements or alliances and/or the participation strategy that has been defined for the exhibition space.
• The selected company that does not arrive on the assembly day will not be taken into account for any fair in the current year.
• The distribution of the stands available for this call will be carried out by product categories, initially contemplating the following allocation of spaces of up to: 60 for clothing, 20 for leather, footwear and leather goods, 13 for jewelry.
For the Gastronomy category, up to eight 8 companies will be selected. The Bogotá Chamber of Commerce will make the selection based on compliance with the requirements established in the call, the relevance of the offer for the event and the guidelines, conditions and restrictions defined by the Park and the fair operator. Consequently, the selection will be subject to the validation of the products authorized for marketing within the event, in accordance with the provisions established by them.
• The assignment of stands in the fair space may be adjusted in accordance with the strategy defined by the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá and the results of the call.
• If the selected company is not registered in Bazzarbog, it will have until the day before the fair in the that was selected as a beneficiary to manage the creation of its user. If you do not do so, the stand will be reassigned to another company according to the score.
• The meeting of selected companies and stand delivery will be on August 12 at the Fashion Experience and Learning Center, Calle 16 Sur no. 16 – 85 at 8:30 a.m., which is mandatory. *In case of change of location, prior notice will be given.
Important aspects
Have a work team available to attend the stand during the established hours and days of the fair.
Have sufficient inventory to respond to demand and guarantee successful participation during the event.
Promote sales and the generation of business contacts through the virtual platform BazzarBog same.
The assembly will only be on August 21 between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.
The disassembly will be on August 23, once the fair ends at 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
