Before starting the process, make sure you have the following ready:

Your virtual password: If you do not have one yet, you can generate it online here.

Financial information as of December 31 of the previous year.

CIIU codes corresponding to your company's economic activities.

Steps to renew:

Visit www.ccb.org.co and click on the "Trámites y consultas" (Procedures and Inquiries) section at the top of the website.

Select the "Renovaciones" (Renewals) option and click "Ingresar" (Enter) within the section "Ingresa y renueva tu matrícula mercantil o Esal."

Fill out the required information, including commercial contact details, judicial notification address, economic activities, and financial information from the previous year.

Complete your payment using a credit card, PSE, Nequi, Daviplata, or at authorized banks.
