The project “Support for the sustainable development and internationalization of MSMEs in the fashion sector in Peru and Colombia” is led by Fundación Finnova España, the Sustainable Fashion Cluster of Peru and the Fashion Cluster of the Bogota Chamber of Commerce, who seek to promote sustainable growth and job creation by supporting the transition to a low-carbon, resource-efficient and more circular economy in Colombia and Peru.

The project will last 20 months, during which time it will promote capacity building in the processes required to obtain sustainability certifications and seals in 300 MSMEs in Lima and/or ICA, Bogotá and 59 municipalities in Cundinamarca, and will accompany 30 MSMEs in the fashion sector in their sustainability certification processes, facilitating their access to international markets, mainly in Europe.

This project, financed by the European Union's AL INVEST VERDE program, is expected to continue contributing to the region's development.
