The ALPRODE project, Curricular innovation through socio-entrepreneurial linkages for sustainable productive development in Colombia and Ecuador, is led by the University of Huelva, and promotes sustainable economic growth in Ecuador and Colombia through academic training and improved employability in the field of sustainable productive development and international cooperation.
The project will last for three years, during which time students, teachers and administrative personnel will be trained, while promoting the strengthening of the university system in Ecuador and Colombia and improving the employment prospects of more than 200 students. Within this framework, entrepreneurship and employability of socially vulnerable students in the two beneficiary countries will be promoted.
Objectives:
1. To implement a training program in academic and research capacities on international cooperation and sustainable productive development in institutions of higher education in Colombia and Ecuador.
2. Promote training in skills for the labor market insertion of students from higher education institutions in Colombia and Ecuador with the participation of the business sector.
3. Promote employability and entrepreneurship through the development of multi-stakeholder alliances between universities, civil society and the business sector in Colombia and Ecuador.
