This survey will focus on key aspects such as the type of collections, target audiences, channels through which the service is provided, types of agreements established, tools available for information consultation, catalog systems, presence in social networks, funding sources and number of consultations, among other topics of interest to libraries in Bogotá D.C. and the municipalities that are part of the CCB's jurisdiction.

The measurement will be conducted by GLOBAL RESEARCH ASOCIADOS S.A.S., a firm specializing in consulting and research that is dedicated to the development of studies in economic, social and business areas.
