How can we help you?

Since 2012, the Bogota Chamber of Commerce started the development of four cluster initiatives (fashion, tourism, software and audiovisual content industries) under the concept of Shared Value, a purpose that today has been extended to 16 initiatives covering sectors such as graphic industries, cosmetics, music, health, pharmaceuticals, financial services, construction, energy, logistics and more recently, food and gastronomy.
Sharing value means taking advantage of developments in academia, the drive of local and national government entities, the resources and knowledge of the private sector, and the drive of entrepreneurs and support entities to move a sector forward.
In the last five years, more than 100 projects have been executed that have benefited thousands of companies in Bogotá-Region with projects focused on business strengthening, productivity, technological appropriation, sustainability and human talent, among many others. Such has been the management that in 2021 alone, more than 21,600 people and 10,600 companies were impacted. And likewise, between January and May 2022, more than 6,600 companies have benefited with a special focus on reactivation during this last period. Likewise, in this decade of work we have managed to build networks of trust in each of these cluster initiatives, we have implemented projects and actions of high impact on entrepreneurs in Bogota and the region as well as the creation and contribution to the strengthening of spaces and sectoral events.
As a result of the pandemic and the economic and social crisis derived from it, in these years we have focused our efforts on the economic reactivation of some of the most affected sectors and segments, with sectoral economic reactivation programs for the most representative segments of MSMEs, such as: hardware stores, fashion brands, creative industries, restaurants, health service providers, tourism, drugstores, hairdressers and solutions in energy efficiency, digital, financial and logistics.
As part of these efforts, the services of various actors in the region, such as universities, unions, public entities of the district, departmental and national order and private companies, were articulated, demonstrating the importance of collaborative work, allowing support to tens of thousands of entrepreneurs in the most difficult moments.
From the Bogota Chamber of Commerce we will continue to strengthen the institutional framework of cluster initiatives, promoting the articulated work and synergies looking for the best way to strengthen and impact micro, small and medium enterprises and continue contributing to territorial development.
