How can we help you?

This year, participation is offered free of charge through application, thanks to the support of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce (CCB) and ICC Colombia. Places are limited and will be carefully allocated based on candidates' professional experience in international construction contracts and dispute resolution.
While ICC and FIDIC members will have priority in the selection process, it is recommended to apply as early as possible as places will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
The conference will be held in English and Spanish, with service of simultaneous interpretation.
The program will address key topics, including the role of the Engineer in FIDIC contracts from a Latin American perspective, DAABs (Dispute Avoidance/Adjudication Boards) and their interaction with arbitration, the revised ICC Arbitration Rules applied to construction disputes, among other topics. Therefore, it is especially relevant for lawyers specialized in construction, arbitrators, engineers, contract administrators and representatives of government entities and financial institutions involved in contracting processes.
