The Bogota Chamber of Commerce ranked 24th among the most equitable companies out of more than 350 that were rated in the Ranking Par measurement.
This study is an annual, confidential and free virtual measurement tool that evaluates the progress of Latin American organizations in corporate gender equity issues. All types of companies participate, regardless of their size or their progress in gender equity policies and actions.
The Bogota Chamber of Commerce participates in this study, conducted by Aequales, and the results are reflected below:
At the national level, the Bogota Chamber of Commerce ranked 24th among the most equitable companies out of more than 350 that were rated in the measurement. This figure reflects the efforts implemented by the CCB and compares with the 142nd place achieved in 2020.
According to the size of the companies, the CCB climbed from 55th to eighth place among those with between 200 and 1,000 employees, and in terms of companies of national origin, the Chamber climbed to sixth place from 63rd position.
The CCB became the most equitable chamber of commerce in Colombia.
The CCB's rating also stood out compared to the region. Previously ranked 456th in 2020, it now ranks 59th in the new measurement of more than 800 companies in Latin America.
By size, the CCB moved from 133rd to 16th place, while among those of national origin it is now the fifteenth most equitable company, moving up from the 189th place it occupied the previous year.
The results achieved are a reflection of the CCB's contribution to the transformation of reality and the improvement in the quality of life of its members.
