During the campaign, which will allow us to promote gender equity, diversity and inclusion, we will celebrate and publicize the most important days in the calendar to recognize and make visible the different groups that make up our society, such as, for example, the International Day of Indigenous Women, International Equal Pay Day, International Day of the Girl Child, International Day of Women Entrepreneurs, International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women and International Day of Persons with Disabilities.

In addition, this initiative will allow us to work to overcome unconscious biases, microaggressions, social control, as well as promote the use of inclusive language in everyday life.
