What is the commercial registration

The commercial registration is the registration that certifies the existence and incorporation of a company. It is also a mandatory requirement for its operation and must be renewed every year before March 31. Keeping your business updated allows you to access multiple opportunities and benefits.

Renewing your registration in a timely manner each year gives you visibility and credibility in the market, opens doors to do business and facilitates access to credit. In addition, it gives you access to multiple business benefits.

For this reason, the CCB invites all companies and commercial establishments to renew their commercial registration and take advantage of the free business strengthening services.

How to do it

Before you start, have the following essential documents at hand:

- Your virtual password (If you do not have it yet, you can generate it in our virtual headquarters or in any of our service points).

- Financial information of your company (It must correspond to the closing of the immediately previous year).

- ISIC Codes (The economic activities that your company performs).

Easy, fast and secure by following these simple steps:

- Log in to ccb.org.co and go to the “Procedures and inquiries” section at the top of the website.

- Select the option “Renewals” and click on “Enter” in the section “Enter and renew your commercial registration and ESAL”.

- Fill in the required information, including business contact information, judicial notification, economic activities and financial information for the previous year.

- Make the payment by credit card, PSE, Nequi, Daviplata or authorized banks.
