From September 4 to 6, VITRITUR arrives at Corferias, within the framework of the Home Fair, to connect visitors with the natural, cultural, gastronomic and tourist wealth of Cundinamarca.
The Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá (CCB) presents the fifth edition of VITRITUR – Tourism Fair of Cundinamarca, a space created to make visible the diversity of department, strengthen entrepreneurs in the sector and generate new opportunities to connect the tourist offer with visitors and markets.
This year, VITRITUR will be held from September 4 to 6, 2026 in Corferias, as part of the Feria del Home, and will feature 67 exhibitors from the region. This integration will allow thousands of families and visitors to find, within their route Through the fair, different alternatives to discover and enjoy Cundinamarca.
A fair that connects Cundinamarca with new opportunities
Since its first edition in 2022, VITRITUR has evolved from a scenario mainly oriented towards promotion of destinations towards a platform that also promotes relationships, the generation of commercial opportunities and the business strengthening of the tourism sector.
During its first four editions, the fair has benefited more than 456 entrepreneurs, received more of 5,495 participantsand achieved business forecasts higher than $4.2 billion. Furthermore, 98.6% of the participants expressed their intention to participate again, reflecting the value that this initiative for actors linked to regional tourism.
Only in 2025, entrepreneurs Participants reported1,931 on-site sales for $347 million and 2,860 new business contacts, in addition to projecting 4,296 subsequent sales for $721 million.
In 2026, birdwatching will be the protagonist
The fifth edition will have birdwatching as one of its central axes, taking advantage of one of the great strengths natives of the department. Cundinamarca has more than 800 species of registered birds, which represents an opportunity to develop experiences that integrate tourism, nature, conservation, knowledge and business development.
Attendees will be able to approach a tourist offer connected with nature, culture, heritage, gastronomy, adventure, well-being and rural tourism, and learn about first-hand experiences and products from the municipalities of the department.
