The Bogota Chamber of Commerce remains firm in its commitment to contribute to the construction of a more participatory and equitable society, which is why it developed the campaign 'We are a diverse team', which highlights gender equity as a mechanism for progress and development, projecting Bogota and the Region as highly inclusive territories.

The campaign, taking into account the diversity present in businessmen and businesswomen, has made it possible to communicate the importance of not generalizing to only one sex in particular, avoiding naming all people with masculine words, for example, always using expressions such as collaborator and collaborator, among others.

Likewise, the CCB prepared the Inclusive Communication Manual, a document written in a friendly, simple and clear language that, under parameters of respect and equity, teaches the appropriate way to address other people; demarcating the guidelines for the creation of contents of advertising campaigns, communication pieces, among others.

The entity also established the need to use more inclusive images in publications, getting closer to people, giving them greater visibility, avoiding discrimination, gender bias and non-sexist language.

The mission of positioning the Bogota Chamber of Commerce as an inclusive entity to inspire more businessmen and businesswomen, became a team work, which requires dedication and commitment; always having the best disposition to new experiences and learning that rescue and strengthen the value that each person has for the entity, getting closer to the ideal of being a more prosperous and equitable society.
