The Bogotá Chamber of Commerce (CCB) invites entrepreneurs of the popular economy to apply until August 30, 2026 for the call for the commercial exhibition of the +TALANTE fair. There are up to 150 spots available for companies from the CCB–Region jurisdiction to present their offer of products and services and strengthen their commercial relationship. The categories to select are:
Sports items
Toys
Christmas items
Footwear for children and youth
Halloween items
Pets
Children's fashion
Gastronomy *
The places will be assigned taking into account the needs of the fair.

Eligibility Criteria
The company must be domiciled in the jurisdiction of the CCB and have a current commercial registration.
The company must have renewed its commercial registration for the year 2026 at the time of application
The company's annual sales must not exceed $200 million. This data will be validated based on the information recorded in the field Income from ordinary activity registered during the renewal of the commercial registration (source: Commercial Registry).
The company must offer products aimed at the end consumer (B2C). The CCB will carry out a prior validation in which the product and the commercial pitch will be evaluated.
Once the companies meet the qualifying criteria, they will be taken into account for the assignment of scores according to the selection criteria.
Selection Criteria Based on Scores
1. Route of preparation for participation in the fair (Score)
To participate in the fair, companies must comply with a preparation route, whose Attendance is an essential requirement to access a place.
Assistance to workshops “Get ready to participate in commercial spaces”:
40 points: assistance to three (3) workshops.
0 points: attendance less than three (3) workshops.
Disconnection: whoever does not attend no workshop.

Workshop 3: Pitch – September 15 2026 – In-person
2. Final session for product and pitch evaluation (Score)
This space in person, whose date will be indicated later, will be destined for the product evaluation and pitch carried out by each interested company. a team CCB evaluator will assess the application of the knowledge acquired during the preparation route. In this session the product will be evaluated as the form of presentation and sale thereof.
Based on the score obtained in this evaluation, the assignment of the stand will be defined, This being the final filter of the process. Only companies that reach the The best scores will be able to access the place at the fair.
The score you assign the CCB evaluation team will range between 0 and 40 points.
The final session of Product and pitch evaluation is mandatory. Companies that do not attend will lose their place, even if they have met the other requirements of the application process and regardless of the score they have accumulated.
3. not having participated in previous fairs (Score)
In order to promote the participation of new companies, higher points will be awarded to those who have not been beneficiaries in previous fairs organized by the CCB.
The participation as beneficiary in fairs during the years 2025 and 2026
Assignment of score:
Not having participated as beneficiary at no fair → 20 points
Having participated in one (1) fair → 10 points
Having participated in two (2) or more fairs → 0 points
Important Notes
The information registered by the company at the time of registration will be considered official information for all purposes of the process, including curatorship, registration of attendance at preparation activities, identification of the exhibitor and communications derived from their participation in the fair. It is the sole responsibility of the company to verify that the data provided is true, complete and up to date. The CCB will not make corrections, additions, modifications or updates to the information registered by the company once the registration process has been completed.
In the event of a tie in the final score, the CCB will select as the beneficiary the company that has made its application first, according to the chronological order of registration of the application.
In the event of withdrawal of a selected company, the CCB will reserves the right to reassign the stand, taking into account availability, the complementarity of the offer of products and services, and what is established in agreements, alliances or strategies of the event.
* The selected company must comply with the specific requirements of each fair, such as INVIMA, ICA registrations, food handling certifications, among others, as applicable. The CCB will not be responsible for compliance with the legal or regulatory obligations of the exhibitors, nor for the actions, decisions, inspections, measures or sanctions that may be carried out or imposed by the surveillance, inspection and control entities during the development of the fair.
Key Points to Consider
Have a responsible team to care for the stand during the entire hours and duration of the fair. Disassembly will not be allowed before completion.
Carry out assembly and disassembly on the dates and times established by the CCB.
Have sufficient inventory to meet the demand of the event.
All personnel participating in assembly and disassembly must have a current ARL, without exception, and present the support to the entry.
The assigned stand is personal and non-transferable; It may not be transferred, sold or shared.
