Thirteenth Annual Conference of ASORLAC 2025

14 November 2025Bogotá, nov de 2025. The Association of Registrars of Latin America and the Caribbean (ASORLAC) successfully concluded its Thirteenth (XIII) Annual Conference, held in San Salvador, Republic of El Salvador, on November 6 and 7, 2025. The event, which brought together registry leaders and experts from Latin America and the Caribbean, established itself as the key forum for discussing the technological transformation of the sector.

The Conference focused on the most current topics in registration/registry matters, placing special emphasis on technology as a driver of efficiency and security. Current issues were highlighted, such as artificial intelligence serving registries, cybersecurity in the operation of public registries, and technological innovations within these registries. An interesting presentation regarding the Business Register Interconnection System (BRIS) of Europe was also held. Similarly, presentations on good registry practices were highlighted by the National Registry Center of El Salvador, the Public Registry of Panama, the Belize Companies & Corporate Affairs Registry, the Chamber of Commerce and Production of the Province of Santo Domingo, as well as the National Registry of Costa Rica.

The realization of this outstanding event was possible thanks to the excellent joint organization of the National Registry Center of El Salvador and the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá.

The Conference featured the attendance and participation of various registry entities from the region, who shared their national experiences in the modernization of their services. In addition, the presence of top-level national and international speakers was highlighted, who provided a global vision of registry trends and the implementation of innovative tools.

The XIII ASORLAC Annual Conference reaffirms the commitment to the integration of the region's main registry authorities and is a fundamental part of the association's objectives, as it promotes knowledge of the latest registry trends and technologies in the international context, in addition to facilitating the exchange of information on registry systems among ASORLAC members and allies.
