How can we help you?

We invite you to participate in the call for the Sofa 2025 Fair, which will take place from October 9 to 13 at Corferias.
The Sofa Fair, short for the Leisure and Fantasy Hall, stands as a strategic and well-established platform for brand positioning. It has evolved from a fan convention into a massive, diverse, and deeply experiential event — a true "festival of festivals" buzzing with the energy of thousands of united passions.
Visitor Profile: General public interested in video games, anime, manga, Asian cultures, science fiction, and more. The event receives nearly 200,000 visitors.
General Requirements
The company must have its commercial registration within the jurisdiction of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce (CCB) and have it renewed for the current year.
The company must be micro or small-sized (as defined in Article 2.2.1.13.2.1 of Decree 1074 of 2015 and DANE Resolution 2225 of 2019).
During the current year, the company must not have received a booth at Corferias fairs, Feria Eva, or Parque 93 through the CCB, except for the Feria del Hogar.
The company must offer products or services aligned with the theme of the fair, aimed at end consumers. This will be validated by the CCB.
The company must refrain from acquiring or using any booth other than the one assigned as a benefit for the fair it applied for. This will be validated by the fair organizers.
If the selected company is not registered on the Bazzarbog or Business Links platforms, it will have until the third business day before the fair starts to create a user account. Failure to do so will result in the booth being reassigned to another company based on their score.
Selection Criteria
To promote participation from new companies in CCB fairs, higher scores will be awarded to those that have not previously received a booth. Points are awarded as follows:
Did not participate in any fair as a beneficiary → 50 points
Participated in 1 fair as a beneficiary → 25 points
Participated in 2 fairs as a beneficiary → 12.5 points
Participated in more than 2 fairs → 0 points
Important notes
In the case of a tie in points between two or more companies, the CCB will select the one that applied first, based on chronological order.
If a selected company withdraws, the CCB reserves the right to reassign the booth based on availability, the need to complete the product/service offering for the fair's theme, partnership agreements, and/or the strategic participation plan.
Collective booths must meet the general requirements and belong to the corresponding program. These shared spaces promote products and companies in the same category, sector, or program. Companies in collective booths will be selected by the initiative leader according to the defined strategy.
Selected companies must meet specific requirements for each fair, such as Invima or ICA registration, food handling certifications, etc.
Key aspects to consider
Have a team available to manage the booth for the full duration and schedule of the fair.
Ensure you have enough inventory to last through the event.
Encourage purchases via the Bazzarbog virtual platform and/or generate leads through the Business Links Platform, as applicable.
Keep your Bazzarbog or Business Links profile up to date, as applicable.
