In line with our commitment to inclusion, the Bogota Chamber of Commerce has implemented various accessibility solutions to ensure that all citizens, regardless of their physical or sensory condition, can have equal access to our services.

CCB Accessible | CCB accessibility tools

These tools include ramps, elevators at our sites, Braille signage and assistive listening systems. Below is a summary of the tools available by type of disability and where you can find them.

People with hearing impairment

Virtual interpretation service in Colombian Sign Language (LSC). Available at: all locations and service points.

People with visual impairment or low vision

We offer accessibility tools for people who are blind or have low vision:

  • Userway menu (available on our website).

  • JAWS / Zoomtext

  • Braille line available at the Chapinero headquarters for people who use this device to read Braille and independently access digital content.

People with deafblindness

Specialized accompaniment for deaf-blind people: request here the accompaniment service with interpreters trained to assist deaf-blind people during their visit to our sites. Available at: All locations and service points*. *Not available at CAC Calle 76 and Chapinero.

Requests accompaniment for deaf-blind people

People with physical disabilities, dyslexia, color blindness, or reading difficulties.

At the Chapinero branch, we have a pay station for people of short stature or in wheelchairs. Most of our locations have ramps or elevators to facilitate access. People with dyslexia or color blindness can use the Userway menu on our website. Consult the accessibility tools by point of care here.
