Re-election of the President and Vice President of the CCB Board of Directors

22 January 2026At its regular meeting on January 22, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce re-elected Dr. Enrique Vargas Lleras as president of the organization. Dr. Juan Pablo Fajardo Rodríguez, from the firm ART Books Ediciones SAS, was also re-elected as vice president of the CCB Board of Directors.

Dr. Vargas is an attorney from Universidad del Rosario with a diploma in International Humanitarian Law and is an expert in Public Procurement. Currently, he is the senior partner of the firm Vargas Abogados y Cía. Ltda., a law firm primarily dedicated to legal counseling in the fields of public and private law, specifically in matters related to telecommunications, public services, insurance, and commercial trusts.

Dr. Fajardo holds a degree in Business Administration from the Colegio de Estudios Superiores de Administración (CESA) and is a specialist in Strategic Marketing from the same institution. His professional background has been focused on the commercial and marketing sectors, and he is a specialist in corporate reorganization.

Both board members are representatives of the business community.
