Bogotá, June 2026. Well-being is no longer a conversation secondary or an isolated policy within companies to consolidate themselves as one of the most effective strategies to leverage competitiveness, innovation and productivity. Under this premise, the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá (CCB) will hold a new edition of C-MA Empresarial on June 3 and 4, a high-level space that evolves traditional discussions on matter to show how happiness and conscious leadership are today become true levers of corporate sustainability.
The meeting will bring together national and international leaders, business leaders and organizational culture experts on an agenda strategic, experiential and practical, designed so that attendees not only be inspired, but also incorporate applicable tools and perspectives to the transformation of their organizations. Furthermore, it will integrate experiences and wellness activities aimed at comprehensive well-being, promoting spaces for connection, balance and experiential learning with the purpose of connect global trends, evidence and real cases that put the people at the center of the strategy.
The agenda for June 3 will be focused on “Well-being as an advantage competitive” and will open with Tal Ben-Shahar, one of the most influential voices in world in positive psychology, who will talk about the science of happiness applied to leadership and business performance. That same day, businessmen and experts will address topics such as human leadership, organizational purpose, trust, emotional coherence and cultural transformation.
