  • This alliance seeks to ensure that the business community can complete procedures at the CCB in an integrated, comprehensive manner, and in a single location.

  • The CCB - DIAN agreement represents a new advancement in public-private coordination, facilitating access to information and services for entrepreneurs in Bogotá and Cundinamarca.

Bogotá, D. C., February 3, 2026. The Bogotá Chamber of Commerce (CCB) and the National Tax and Customs Directorate (DIAN), through the Bogotá Regional Tax Directorate, signed a memorandum of understanding aimed at strengthening the culture of contribution and formalization. This will be achieved through the implementation of virtual and/or in-person service modules at CCB offices and service points.

Under this agreement, DIAN will provide the CCB with technical guidelines for developing the in-person and/or virtual service points and will assign officials to support the strategy's execution.

For its part, the CCB will provide physical and virtual spaces at its offices and/or service points so that a DIAN official can assist the business community in person. Similarly, it will provide technological spaces and equipment so that the business community, merchants, and the general public can access RUT registration and update services, as well as tax guidance based on their needs.

Together, the CCB and DIAN will promote and organize training sessions and campaigns to achieve greater proximity to the business sector, facilitating compliance with their commercial and tax obligations.

To launch this initiative, a DIAN official will attend CCB offices or service points in Bogotá and Cundinamarca on a weekly rotating basis as follows:

  • Monday:

Chapinero Office and Business Center, and Cota Office.

  • Tuesday:

Cedritos Office and Business Center, and Chía Office.

  • Wednesday:

Kennedy Office and Business Center, and Ubaté service point.

  • Thursday:

    North and Zipaquirá Offices.

  • Friday:

Salitre Office and Business Center, and Tocancipá service point.

At the DIAN Downtown Office located in Santander Park, video assistance services will be available. At the SuperCADE Suba service point, assistance will be provided by DIAN personnel stationed at that location. In Fusagasugá, service will be provided via video assistance. Regarding the Mobile Chamber ("Cámara Móvil"), DIAN will continue to provide support in the municipalities where these sessions are held.

Ovidio Claros Polanco, Executive President of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce, emphasized that "this agreement is the result of mutual will between the two entities to establish a cooperation strategy for the benefit of the business community, merchants, and citizens, favoring the economic development of the city-region."

In turn, Patricia González Vasco, Regional Director of Bogotá Taxes for DIAN, commented that: "This memorandum of understanding strengthens inter-institutional coordination mechanisms and expands the coverage of DIAN services, facilitating access to tax guidance and the fulfillment of formal obligations for businesses in Bogotá and Cundinamarca through in-person and virtual service schemes."

This memorandum of understanding strengthens in-person and virtual service in Bogotá and the region, bringing the State closer to entrepreneurs where they need it most.
