Bogota, July 30, 2024. Under the concept, 'The Future is now' and with the aim of connecting and energizing the entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem of Bogota and boosting the knowledge economy in Colombia and the region, the Bogota Chamber of Commerce (CCB) will hold a new edition of Gofest on August 28, 29 and 30, a festival that year after year consolidates itself as an effective, inclusive and open business platform for all.
Regional leaders in innovation and entrepreneurship will gather in Agora Bogota, Convention Center, to inspire and share their experiences and knowledge, making up a luxury list that positions Bogota as a hub of the ecosystem in Latam.

The six previous editions of Gofest have registered an attendance of close to 67 thousand people.

Tailor-made Festival
This year's Gofest will have different spaces, tailored to different audiences, which together make up a tour aligned with the different stages that a project or venture can go through until it receives an injection of capital.
Tech for all: a space designed for those who make up the popular economy and see technology as an opportunity to create or grow their business.
BazzarBog: online platform of the Bogota Chamber of Commerce that will have a strong presence at Gofest. There will be 20 local entrepreneurs exhibiting their gastronomic, design and handicraft offerings at the event.
Bootcamp 3DE: designed to integrate academia and business. During the three-day agenda, students from 13 careers will work on developing innovative business ideas and solve three challenges posed by Davivienda, Nutresa and Claro Colombia.
Growth Lab: allows access to workshops and master classes, in which they will be able to familiarize themselves with tools to meet the needs of their company or business idea.
Future Giants: a place where the entrepreneurs of the future will meet, i.e. emerging projects, universities and incubators that strengthen the ecosystem and have the potential to establish themselves, consolidate and grow in the coming years.
Genera Summit 2024: meeting of the deep tech economy, which will connect leaders who set technological trends and positively impact society.
Speed meetings plaza: a space that seeks to provide opportunities for entrepreneurs to find strategic partners. It will include mentoring appointments with corporations and investors to establish high-level connections and receive feedback from experts with a view to strengthening the respective value propositions.
Fireside stage: a stage where pitch competitions between startups will be held and interaction between attendees and ecosystem leaders will be facilitated.

Venture Valley: space where accelerators, startups and companies will have the opportunity to network and meet initiatives ready to receive investment.
Bogota in figures
According to the Colombia Tech Report, there are 1,720 startups in Colombia, of which 949 are located in Bogota, or 55%.
In addition, the capital has 23 accelerators, 16 incubators and 11 entrepreneurship centers.
Bogota also ranks second in South America in Startupblink's Global Startup Ecosystem Index 2024 and climbed two positions globally to 63rd place.
At the national level, last year Colombian startups received capital injections of close to US$ 790 million.
