Bogota, August 21, 2023. The sixth edition of the long-awaited Gofest 2023, one of the most outstanding entrepreneurship festivals in Latin America, will take place from August 30 to September 1 at Agora Bogota: Convention Center, to bring together startups, high-impact ventures and people from the corporate world interested in innovation, as well as young people with great solutions to the challenges that the market and today's world bring. The Gofest 2023 program has an agenda with three major scenarios:

1) Conferences and panels with more than 100 national and international exhibitors and industry leaders, experts in accelerated growth, venture capital, artificial intelligence and development of collaborative ecosystems, among others. 2) Scenario for investors, corporations and mentors to generate "matchmaking" with startups in acceleration stage. 3) A visibility scenario for startups in the incubation stage of the ecosystem.

The Gofest 2023 program: three days of enriching experiences

At Gofest 2023 participants will be able to have a unique experience of exploration, learning and connections with the most innovative and successful minds in the entrepreneurial universe, challenge their knowledge in the Venture Valley, where the city's vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem is recreated: from corporations to startups, accelerators and more, this is the place to connect, collaborate, find potential investors, connect with like minds, forge strategic alliances and expand the circle of contacts.

Within the agenda the two Colombian unicorns are present: Andrés Bilbao and Pablo Villegas, from Rappi and Sebastián Noguera, from Habi, inspiring examples of sustainable, scalable and replicable business models that have demonstrated the dynamism and potential of the country's entrepreneurial ecosystem.

What's new at GoFest in 2023

This year, full of important innovations, Gofest also brings spaces such as Gofest Nights, appointments with investors and mentors, masterclass, investment opportunities breakfasts and networking spaces, will allow more than 400 meetings between entrepreneurs, investors and corporations. In addition, women Co-Founders of tech startups will have the opportunity to join a new batch of the CCB Women tech accelerator, this time with an international focus.

Bogota-Region promises to be a hub for entrepreneurship in Latin America

This festival was created by the Bogota Chamber of Commerce in 2018 as one of the most important bets to turn Bogota into the capital of entrepreneurship and innovation in Latin America. It is not a minor challenge, according to the Colombia Tech Report, led by KPMG Colombia, in alliance with ANDI, EAFIT, CESA, the Chambers of Commerce of Bogota, Cartagena and Cali, and INNpulsa, Colombia continues to consolidate itself as the epicenter of entrepreneurship in Latin America, hosting approximately 1,327 startups, 17 accelerators, 2 Unicorns and 1 Pantheon, and for its part, Bogota hosts 60% of the total number of startups in the country.

In turn, StartupBlink's Global Startup Ecosystem Index 2023 indicates that the city ranks third, behind only Sao Paulo and Mexico City, and above the ecosystems of Buenos Aires and Santiago de Chile.
