Bogota. October 2023. Within the framework of the event "San Victorino a la Moda", held by the Bogota Chamber of Commerce together with the shopping centers El Gran San, Neos Centro and Visto between October 18 and 21, the president of the CCB, Ovidio Claros, announced a cooperation agreement with El Gran San so that the businesses of the sector will have a permanent point of attention of the entity in the renowned shopping center. The objective of this point will be that the merchants of the fashion sector of San Victorino, composed mainly of micro and small enterprises, as well as businesses of the popular economy, will have at hand the free tools of accompaniment in business strengthening and formalization of the CCB.

"We want to be present and that the Chamber is not far away, but that it gives access to all traders. The issue of popular economy is an inclusive issue and is given in the National Development Plan, so our task is to go out to the street permanently and that entrepreneurs see us close. We will work hand in hand with those businesses that need soft loans, formal and legal support, among other benefits", explained President Claros.

This commitment for the creation of a space in which the mall offers the point of attention and the CCB its qualified personnel and services, was consulted with Leopoldo Vargas Brand, general manager of El Gran San Shopping Center and Fernando Montes, president of the Board of Directors of El Gran San, who presented the idea to those attending the inauguration event of the days aimed at the fashion sector.
