As part of its efforts to support the economic reactivation of companies in the sectors most affected by the pandemic, the Bogota Chamber of Commerce (CCB) launched its Economic Reactivation Program for Real Estate Companies, which seeks to strengthen and support the MSMEs that make up this sector by implementing digital and commercial strategies that allow them to reach more customers.
This program covers those companies engaged in real estate activities, condominium administrators and related activities, which will receive benefits such as free access to courses, workshops and training tailored to the needs of the sector; support for the appropriation of digital and commercial tools; increase their network of contacts; participation in commercial spaces; and access to a kit of selected business management and digital marketing content for the management of the real estate business.
In order to serve entrepreneurs interested in accessing the benefits of the program, the CCB has set up a web page www.ccb.org.co/inmobiliarias, where companies can link up and access the program's services. The requirements to participate are to be a real estate company registered in the jurisdiction of the CCB under the CIUUS codes 6810 and/or 6820, in addition to having its commercial registry up to date.
Nicolás Uribe Rueda, president of the CCB, stated that "We are committed to consolidating the reactivation of this sector. That is why we offer MSMEs a series of tools that will have an impact on strengthening their businesses. Through programs such as this one, we seek to understand the needs of entrepreneurs and their customers in a changing environment and, together with them, provide them with tailor-made solutions that impact the growth of their businesses".
