Bogotá D.C., February 5, 2025. The Superintendence of Companies informs all business entities and chambers of commerce in the country that the schedule for the presentation of financial statements as of December 31, 2024 is now available.

In view of the financial information requirements made by the entity, through the Single Circular of Financial Information Requirement CURIF, the Superintendence of Companies, in order to improve the exercise, generate greater understanding, security and facilitate consultation to all supervised entities, provides the schedule of deadlines for the submission of reports, in the following link:

The filing dates are organized according to the last two (2) digits of the NIT. Deadlines start on April 8 until May 13, 2025.

In this regard, the Superintendent of Companies, Billy Escobar, said “compliance with the submission of financial information within the established deadlines allows the Superintendency to develop an objective and accurate supervision, focusing its efforts to prevent the risk of insolvency or regulatory non-compliance through the implementation of early warnings that allow timely action in order to minimize the impact on the economic public order”.
