Bogotá, June 2026. The Bogotá Chamber of Commerce (CCB) makes its new Kennedy Library available to citizens, a free and open access space that strengthens the academic and cultural offer and specialized consultation for thousands of inhabitants of Kennedy, Bosa, Tunjuelito and surrounding sectors.
This initiative responds to the entity's strategy of decentralizing its value-added services, bringing knowledge directly to the territories as an engine for competitiveness and social inclusion.
With this space, the CCB Library Network adds its fourth headquarters and consolidates itself as the only one specialized in the business environment in Bogotá and Cundinamarca. There, citizens have access to collections on entrepreneurship, innovation, finance and legal issues, as well as an agenda permanent event open to the public.
"One of our main challenges is to generate spaces that bring people to knowledge and turn the community into a protagonist of the cultural and academic processes of the city. With this library we give a new step for businessmen, students and entrepreneurs to find tools to grow, learn and build opportunities," stated Ovidio Claros Polanco, executive president of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce.
The library operates in one of the busiest areas commercial of the capital, which facilitates the exchange of knowledge and supports directly the social and economic development of the southwest of the city.
Located on the fifth floor of the Kennedy headquarters of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá (Avenida Carrera 68 # 30-15 Sur), this center of learning and knowledge offers specialized consultation services, access to resources business information and a permanent schedule of academic activities and cultural for the entire community.
