Bogota Audiovisual Market - BAM, a program of Proimágenes Colombia and the Bogota Chamber of Commerce, with the support of the Film Development Fund (FDC), kicks off its main event of the year with a special program aimed at specialized audiences accredited to the market, as well as all those interested in the latest trends in the audiovisual industry.
The program, which will run through Saturday, July 16, will be held virtually until July 13, and in person on July 14, 15 and 16 at the Gimnasio Moderno, the Bogota Chamber of Commerce - Chapinero, Casa ARK and the Cine Colombia Multiplex on Avenida Chile.
The market's agenda includes meetings between industry professionals, business rounds, an academic program to delve into new audiovisual trends and broaden the horizons of future projects, as well as screenings of feature films and short films in the post-production stage or recently completed films that are beginning their journey in search of premieres, festivals or sales agents.

Bogota Chamber of Commerce - Chapinero Office (Calle 67 # 8-32)
The Chapinero office of the Bogota Chamber of Commerce has been the host of the Industry Venue during all BAM editions. This is where business meetings and encounters take place for all those selected from the BAM calls for proposals with potential co-producers, sales agents, service companies, festivals and other industry professionals in one-on-one sessions with projects in development, as well as additional activities designed for their growth.
Floor 2 of the Industry Venue also hosts a series of events for BAM accredited participants, including Market Sessions -spaces to learn about new trends and discuss specific issues-, two workshops that are part of the academic program, and the Meets -thematic meetings with experts in different areas of the industry- with different sectors of the audiovisual industry.
On floor -1, the exhibition FIESTA with the work of Gabriel del Castillo, curated by Ana María Montenegro, can be visited and enjoyed free of charge as part of ARTBO, the arts program of the Bogota Chamber of Commerce. On July 14, 15 and 16, at 3:00 p.m., the curator will offer guided tours of the exhibition with prior registration at this link.
The Industry Venue will open its doors to all accredited visitors during the three days of the program, from Thursday, July 14 to Saturday, July 16, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Gimnasio Moderno (Carrera 9 #74-99)
The Gimnasio Moderno of Bogota opens its doors again to become, during the three days of BAM 2022 activities, the Experience Venue. This venue will have five spaces:
1. Auditorium
Where conversations with leading professionals will take place to share thoughts, experiences, news and challenges of the industry: the BAM Talks. This year it will also host the Expanded Council of the Creative and Content Industries Cluster.
2. Big Top
Trade fair with the presence of important audiovisual companies and institutions that contribute year after year to the growth of BAM.
3. Lounge
With the support of the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications (MinTIC), this tent focuses its agenda around the most current issues of public television and regional channels. It will also be the place for special programming for ethnic groups, diverse capacities and the industry in general.
4. Forum
This space offers a varied program of activities and launches of avant-garde products, and in the mornings will also host the BAM Brunch.
5. Food Garden
A space offering gastronomic offerings for all attendees.

Cine Colombia Avenida Chile opens its doors once again to become the venue for BAM screenings. Next to it, Casa Ark, with its republican style and avant-garde installations, is added as the venue for the BAM Screenings.
These two venues will screen 11 Colombian fiction and documentary films (six feature films and five short films) in post-production or recently completed films that are beginning their search for premieres, festivals or sales agents.
