The Arbitration Court of the Arbitration Center of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce re-elected Hernando Herrera Mercado as president of this body for another year.
Dr. Herrera Mercado is a lawyer from Universidad del Rosario, an expert in arbitration and arbitration procedure.
He is director of Corporación Excelencia en la Justicia, arbitrator and in the past was director of the CAC-CCB and member of its Arbitral Court since 2017.
He is founding director of the postgraduate course in Arbitration at Universidad del Rosario and co-director of the recently created Master's Degree in National, International and Investment Arbitration at the same university.
