La CCB

Gastrofest, the Gastronomic Festival of Bogotá and Cundinamarca, led by the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce (CCB), seeks to boost, promote, and develop gastronomy, tourism, and their productive linkages as strategic sectors of the economy of Bogotá and Cundinamarca, from October 4th to 19th.
200 establishments—including restaurants, bakeries, pastry shops, dessert shops, cafés, and artisan breweries—receive specialized guidance through over 1,800 hours throughout the year on topics like safety and quality, sustainability, gastronomic tourism business models, and digital marketing. These establishments will offer a special-priced Gastrofest menu across 16 localities in Bogotá and 15 municipalities in the region.
This year, Gastrofest will activate three Flavor Territories (Territorios de Sazón): North Zone (Usaquén), South Zone (Kennedy, Fontibón, Bosa, Ciudad Bolívar, Puente Aranda, and Antonio Nariño), and Sabana Centro (Cajicá, Chía, Sopó, and Tenjo), integrating gastronomy, tourism, and culture.
Citizens can check the program and directory of participating establishments at www.gastrofest.com.co and enjoy the Gastrofest dish at a special price throughout the festival to create their own gastronomic route.
Bogotá, October 2025. The Bogotá Chamber of Commerce (CCB) is kicking off the fourth edition of Gastrofest, a comprehensive program that supports establishments in the gastronomic sector year-round, providing them with training, visibility, commercial connections, and participation in key events.
This year, the gastronomic festival will run from October 4th to 19th and brings together 200 establishments in Bogotá and Cundinamarca—including restaurants, bakeries, pastry shops, dessert shops, cafés, and artisan breweries—with a renewed focus on territorial visibility through the Flavor Territories: North Zone, South Zone, and Sabana Centro, which are positioned as must-visit culinary destinations. In total, Gastrofest will be present in 16 localities of Bogotá and 15 municipalities of Cundinamarca.
Gastrofest 2025 will feature special menus, tourist experiences, and an agenda designed to strengthen the business fabric of the gastronomic and tourism sectors. As a new feature, there will be activations in the territories on October 11th (Kennedy), 12th (Usaquén), and 13th (Chía), highlighting culinary richness, local identity, and the use of native ingredients.
Flavor Territory – South Zone (Bogotá)
Comprising the localities of Kennedy, Fontibón, Antonio Nariño, Bosa, Ciudad Bolívar, and Puente Aranda, this territory represents an opportunity to boost the popular economy and dignify community knowledge.
Flavor Territory – North Zone (Bogotá)
Located primarily in Usaquén, with a presence bordering Chapinero, this territory combines gastronomic tradition with urban challenges resulting from infrastructure work. The CCB is driving its reactivation through consumption strategies and strengthening the productive fabric. 18 establishments in Usaquén and 2 in Chapinero are participating.
Flavor Territory – Sabana Centro (Cundinamarca)
Including the municipalities of Cajicá, Chía, Sopó, and Tenjo, this territory seeks to integrate the urban and the rural into a broadened vision of the regional gastronomic map. This emerging territory is projected as a pole for tourist and cultural development, with an expanding culinary offer.
The three activations, which will take place on October 11th, 12th, and 13th in the Kennedy Mayor's Office park, Usaquén park, and Chía main park, respectively, will be open to the general public and will feature games, food tastings from participating restaurants, photo opportunities, and other activities to connect diners with the gastronomic and tourist offerings of these Flavor Territories.
In addition to the tours, Gastrofest 2025 highlights the 21 winners of the Culinary Contest, selected for their innovation, sustainability, and quality. The festival is part of the Food Safety Cluster of Bogotá and Cundinamarca, an initiative that drives the competitiveness of the agricultural, agro-industrial, and gastronomic segments, which together include more than 107,000 businesses, generate 543,000 jobs, and contribute 6.8% to the national GDP.
Citizens can check the program and directory of establishments at www.gastrofest.com.co and enjoy the Gastrofest dish at a special price throughout the festival.
