Free Virtual Day of Conciliation in Law for stratums 1 and 2

06 April 2022- The event, organized by the Arbitration and Conciliation Center of the Bogota Chamber of Commerce, will allow traders, businessmen, businesswomen and people of stratum 1 and 2 to access the Conciliation in Law to solve conflicts, whose claims do not exceed 30 million pesos.
- The event will be held on May 18 and 19 virtually, 100 cases will be attended and those interested may register until April 29 on the Arbitration and Conciliation Center's web page.

The Arbitration and Conciliation Center of the Bogota Chamber of Commerce invites all persons from Bogota and the region to participate in the Free Virtual Conciliation Day in Law, in which they will be able to resolve disputes whose claims are less than $30 million.

To participate, interested parties must fill out the form available on the Center's website before April 29. After registration, the organizers will contact the interested parties to validate the requirements and their willingness to arrange solutions through conciliation. Up to 3 cases per applicant will be attended. The cases to be heard on the day are: Civil and commercial: • Purchase and sale contracts • Lease and repair contracts • Corporate disputes • Use of common spaces • Administration fees • Construction contracts • Traffic accidents • Intellectual property • Accountability Family: • Child support, custody, visitation • Separation of assets • Separation of bodies • Declaration and dissolution of common-law marital union
