Bogota, March 2025. The commercial registration is the record that certifies the existence and incorporation of a company. Renewing this registration every year is a legal requirement that also opens the door to great opportunities for your business.

Renewing your registration in a timely manner each year provides visibility and credibility in the market, facilitates access to credit, opens doors to do business and allows you to access multiple business benefits.

By renewing your commercial registration before March 31, the Bogota Chamber of Commerce offers advice, training and a wide range of business strengthening services. In addition, you will have access to more than 600 free services tailored to your needs.

The CCB invites all companies and commercial establishments to renew their commercial registration and take advantage of the free business strengthening services.

How to do it

Before you begin, please have the following essential documents ready:

- Your virtual password (If you do not have it yet, you can generate it at our virtual headquarters or at any of our service points).

- Your company's financial information (It must correspond to the closing of the immediately previous year).

- ISIC Codes (The economic activities that your company performs).

Easy, fast and secure by following these simple steps:

- Log in to ccb.org.co and go to the “Procedures and inquiries” section at the top of the website.

- Select the option “Renewals” and click on “Enter” in the section “Enter and renew your commercial registration and ESAL”.

- Fill in the required information, including business contact information, judicial notification, economic activities and financial information for the previous year.

- Make the payment by credit card, PSE, Nequi, Daviplata or authorized banks.
