How can we help you?
La CCB

- In total there are 22 physical spaces that seek to promote the reindustrialization of thousands of productive units in Bogota and the region.
Bogotá, July 2025. Nearly 13,000 productive units have benefited between 2023 and 2025 thanks to the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce’s (CCB) commitment to boosting the reindustrialization of productive units through 22 Reindustrialization Centers located in Bogotá and surrounding regions.
This was announced by the CCB during the Regional Meeting of Reindustrialization Centers held this Tuesday at Ágora Bogotá Convention Center, with the attendance of the Minister of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, Diana Marcela Morales.
Ovidio Claros Polanco, Executive President of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce, stated: “The Bogotá Chamber of Commerce has developed an entire framework to inspire, transform, connect, and facilitate the transition of productive units towards reindustrialization, through support, training access, and networking opportunities. The launch of 22 Reindustrialization Centers and the work with nearly 13,000 productive units is proof of this commitment, made possible thanks in part to coordination with partners at the national, regional, and local levels.”
Diana Marcela Morales, Minister of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, stated: “At the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, we work with a clear vision outlined in the National Development Plan to close productivity gaps, diversify our offerings, and strengthen the Popular Economy. The Reindustrialization Policy is our roadmap to promote a knowledge-based and territorially driven economy. There can be no transformation of the productive system without regional development. That’s why strategies such as the ZASCA Reindustrialization Centers are a key initiative to strengthen our productive units and SMEs across the country.”
Initiatives and Spaces Linked to Reindustrialization:
Experience and Transformation Centers
The CCB’s Experience and Transformation Centers are spaces based on an integrated model designed to strengthen ties with entrepreneurs, facilitate access to the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce's services, and inspire, transform, and connect them with networks and business and financing opportunities.
In 2024 and 2025, five Experience and Transformation Centers have been inaugurated:
Digital Kennedy
Agroindustry and Food Sabana
Fashion Restrepo
Digital and Entrepreneurship Innovalab
Digital Experience and Transformation Center in Cedritos
These centers have served 11,075 unique users, with a total of 40,517 attendances recorded. Of those, 1,683 have successfully implemented tools that have led to increased productivity in their business ventures.
Zasca Reindustrialization Centers
The CCB and the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, through iNNpulsa Colombia, have joined forces to launch and operate the Zasca Reindustrialization Centers with the goal of promoting innovation, productivity, and business competitiveness in the region.
As a result of this collaboration, in 2024, 10 Zasca Reindustrialization Centers were implemented in Bogotá and Cundinamarca, aiming to strengthen the capabilities of 2,266 productive units in the popular economy. Over a two-year period, these units will follow a methodological route designed by iNNpulsa Colombia, receiving a total of 203,940 hours of comprehensive technical assistance.
Currently, 10 centers are operational, aligned with the economic focus of the area where they are located:
Five Zasca Manufacturing Centers
: Ciudad Bolívar, 20 de Julio, Las Cruces/Policarpa, and Suba (focused on garment production), and Restrepo (focused on leather, footwear, and leather goods).
Three Zasca Agroindustry Centers
: Almeidas (focused on dairy products), Sumapaz (focused on coffee), and one in horticulture and fruit farming.
Two Zasca Technology Centers
: Cazucá and Kennedy (focused on digital literacy and digital maturity). These centers are implemented in CCBLocal's Digital Experience and Transformation Center branches.
To date, more than 1,049 businesses in Bogotá and Cundinamarca have joined the initiative, of which 432 have completed the support process.
Provincial Entrepreneurship and Innovation Centers
In an effort to bring the CCB closer to local communities, the Chamber partnered with the Cundinamarca Government to establish seven Provincial Entrepreneurship and Innovation Centers in the municipalities of Cáqueza, Gachetá, Chocontá, Fusagasugá, Sibaté, Ubaté, and Cajicá. Six are currently operational, and the center in Cajicá will soon begin activities.
This alliance supports the strengthening of the Ciempre Cundinamarca initiative, one of the flagship programs of the regional government.
In the initial months of operation, more than 700 entrepreneurs have benefited, with over 1,000 instances of access to training services, specialized advisory, and connections to growth opportunities. To date, 78 activities have been carried out, including workshops, support pathways, and awareness events—consolidating a strong, relevant, and high-value institutional offering for local communities.
