Bogotá, September 2026. Fashion of Bogotá once again occupies a place on the international calendar with the participation of eight Colombian brands in the FDLA–New York Fashion Week, where they will present their Spring/Summer collections to buyers international audiences, specialized press and global audiences. The meeting, which will take place between September 11 and 15, represents the third participation of [PUENTE] Internacional in the New York circuit and the second of the program during 2026.
The delegation will be made up of Ciento Cinco Lunares, Clarissa Rosania, Day Sustainable Fashion, Franchi e Punto, OVAT, TAN BASICX, Kernel Leather and Liza Herrera, eight proposals that bring together signature design, sustainability, tailoring contemporary, knitting, women's fashion and footwear. Each brand will present 10 looks, in an agenda that transcends the catwalk and seeks to generate opportunities concrete aspects of commercial connection and international positioning.

Ovid Claros Polanco, president of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce, stated that this process demonstrates that the internationalization of Bogota fashion requires continuity and preparation: “Internationalization is not an event, it is a process. Five spaces to connect Bogotá fashion with the global industry
The agenda of [PUENTE] International in New York will extend into five spaces of visibility, relationships and generation of commercial opportunities.
Friday September 11 will begin with a Fashion Talk, a conversation about fashion, Latin American industry and talent. On Saturday the 12th the fittings will be carried out and the final casting of the brands, in addition to an institutional projection from [BRIDGE] International on the screens in Times Square, one of the showcases most recognized urban areas in New York. The day will close with the launch of the FDLA Spotlight Magazine magazine and a networking space.
Sunday On September 13, the official runway of [PUENTE] Internacional will take place, in which the eight brands will present their collections. The catwalk will be broadcast live on FDLA's YouTube channel. The Monday the 14th, the delegation will participate in the press conference and closing parade of the FDLA–NYFW, while on Tuesday the 15th a showroom will be held intended for direct contact with buyers, strategic allies and media specialized, with B2B negotiation opportunities.
Eight brands, eight views on Colombian fashion
One hundred Cinco Lunares, by designer Valentina Anzola García, will present “Las Women Who Sustain the World”, a collection inspired by textile gestures Andean and in fabric as a care technology, with wide silhouettes, curved cuts and volumes that evoke bags, pockets and carrying structures.
Clarissa Rosania, a brand founded by designer Clarissa Rosania Juliao, will carry “Riviera Mine”, a proposal that combines the sophistication of the old world with the vitality of the tropics through resort wear silhouettes and pieces of cocktail designed to dress different moments of celebration.
From the sustainable fashion, Day Moda Sostenible, directed by Sebastián Velásquez, will present “Latitude”, a collection built from experimentation textile and techniques such as patchwork, tie dye, interlacing, rapping and frayed, which provide volume, texture and movement to the garments.
Franchi and Punto, by designer and architect Luciana Valencia Mercado, will arrive with “NN–SS27”, a proposal that understands women as a living fabric and uses fabric knitting as a language to explore connections, cultures and structures social through jacquards and textile surfaces.
The brand contemporary tailoring company OVAT, founded by Johanna Alexandra Galindo, will present “Pámpano: The invisible force behind all fruit”, a collection inspired by the processes of growth, roots and transformation of the nature and in women as a creative force.
TAN BASICX, by Laura Cruz Pardo, will carry “Not everything that is, is seen (IMMANELLY)", a minimalist aesthetic proposal that explores the intangible that manifested through movement and the relationship between body and garment, incorporating handloom textiles, natural dyes and processes of upcycling.
In the footwear and leather goods segment, Kernel Leather, founded by Kamila Parra Sánchez, will present pieces made of leather that combine design contemporary, functionality and artisanal tradition, highlighting the work of the artisans behind each creation.
For his part, Liza Herrera, a women's footwear brand led by the designer of the same name, will bring to New York a proposal that combines sophistication, innovation and comfort, with personalized designs that seek to respond to the real diversity of the female foot.
The gateway as a result of an internationalization process
The presence of these eight brands in New York is the result of a support comprehensive developed by the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce through [BRIDGE] International. The program includes curatorship and specialized mentoring by by Albania Rosario and the FDLA, as well as fittings, lookbook production and editorial photographs, organization of the catwalk, agenda in the country of destination and connection with buyers, strategic allies and media specialized.
The process It also includes commercial advice for cost structuring international, pitch training and review of digital assets, among other tools aimed at preparing companies for the demands of international markets.
Since 2023, [PUENTE] Internacional has accompanied 41 brands and has taken them to seven international stages, building a bridge between the talent of Bogotá–Region and markets with opportunities for Colombian design.
