Bogota, May 30, 2023. StartupBlink, the world's most comprehensive startup ecosystem mapping and research center, today announced the launch of the Global Startup Ecosystem Index 2023, the most comprehensive annual Index of the global startup economy to date, which includes 1000 cities and 100 countries.

According to the report, Bogota moved from #5 to #3 in the index, and from #70 to #65 globally.
