  • The Bogotá Chamber of Commerce and the Fashion Designers of Latin America (FDLA), organizers of NYFW, are strengthening an alliance that is opening up new international opportunities for the country's fashion sector.

  • On Monday, September 15, their creations will be projected onto the iconic Times Square screens, further positioning Colombian talent. On Tuesday, September 16, the Bogotá-based brands will exhibit their autumn-summer collection at a Pop-Up during New York Fashion Week.

Bogotá, September 14, 2025. With a historic agenda that included a Fashion Talk, a collective runway show, an emblematic video projection in Times Square, and a designer pop-up, eight Bogotá-based brands debuted at New York Fashion Week – FDLA. This was made possible by the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce (CCB) and its Puente Internacional program, which is making its mark on this global stage and underlining Colombia's power to redefine fashion.

Ovidio Claros Polanco, executive president of the CCB, stated that "our alliance with the FDLA has allowed us to make it possible for entrepreneurs from San Victorino and El Restrepo to dream of opening markets on this important fashion stage. They are the true protagonists: with their talent, discipline, and creativity."

The eight designers shared special moments with renowned international talents like Ágatha Ruiz de la Prada, who recognized the potential not only of the Bogotá designers but of Colombian talent that has made its way onto various global stages. "I am a total fan of Colombia; the show with the eight designers filled me with excitement," she said.

In this first participation from the Puente Internacional Collective, the brands Cannabis, Divina Collection, ISMO, Lisantiny, NUNK / NK, Seven7, PLUR, and UANA had important moments, such as an interview with the renowned magazine People, a fitting where they met the models who would wear their garments and experienced the dynamic of the moments before the runway, and the inaugural cocktail, where they mingled with FDLA guests.

On the runway, the designers, accompanied by the CCB's executive president, showcased their talent with each of the 10 looks they presented, all of which exuded quality and impact.

The week isn't over yet, and in the coming days, these designers will see their creations projected on the famous Times Square screens. They will also have the opportunity to promote their collections to buyers and visitors at this fashion showcase during the FDLA Designers Pop-Up.
