The purpose of this survey is to certify the commercial practice in which the majority co-producer is delegated the decision making on the production of the work, in matters of: (i) administration aimed at hiring personnel; and (ii) logistics during the shooting of the audiovisual production, prior to the existence of a work protected by copyright. The information will be for statistical purposes and under the rules of data protection.
