Shaping the entrepreneurs of the future from the classroom!
The Emprender en Colegios (Entrepreneurship in Schools) Program is an initiative of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce that promotes an entrepreneurial mindset among 9th, 10th, and 11th grade students in public and private schools in Bogotá and the surrounding region. Its goal is to train young people to create, innovate, and solve real challenges in their environment through collaborative work, creativity, and action.
❓ What is this program looking for?
Fostering 21st-century skills: leadership, teamwork, autonomy, communication, and decision-making.
Developing innovation and critical thinking skills in students and teachers.
Encouraging the creation of projects that respond to real needs, connected to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Providing practical tools to educators to apply agile methodologies such as Design Thinking.
👨🏫 Who is it aimed at?
Principals, administrators, teachers, and students from public and private schools located within the CCB's jurisdiction who are interested in promoting an entrepreneurial culture in schools.
How does the program work?
Duration: 8 months (April to November)
Methodology: knowledge transfer to teachers and replication with students

24 hours of in-person training in 8 sessions.
Methodological guides.
Certification upon completion.
Spaces for inspiration and complementary training.
📒 Requirements to apply:
Have an educational project aligned with innovation, technology, or entrepreneurship.
The school must be within the jurisdiction of the CCB.
Guarantee the participation of at least 3 teachers and 40 students.
Have the space and time available to replicate the methodology.
Sign a letter of institutional commitment.
⚡ How to apply for your school?
Participation is free of charge. Each year, a public call for applications is opened to select up to 50 schools.
