Data processing term By completing this form, you accept and authorize the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce - CCB, identified with the NIT. 860.007.322-9, domiciled and located in Bogotá - Colombia at Avenida el Dorado No. 68 D - 35, telephone 3830330 and web page: www.ccb.org.co , so that as responsible for the processing of personal data collect them , store, use and circulate to access the entrepreneurship, business strengthening and formalization services offered by the entity: a) register for events, congresses, courses, seminars, workshops, training, personalized advice, business consultancies, events of commercial and financial contact that organizes, b) carry out the business diagnosis, c) follow-up and/or accompaniment to the activities to create, strengthen or formalize your company d) Invite, pre-register or send communications about events, courses, seminars, workshops and training personalized advice, business consulting, commercial and financial contact events of the CCB, our subsidiaries or strategic allies, e) evaluate the Satisfaction from participation in events, conferences, courses, seminars, workshops and training personalized advice, business consulting, commercial and financial contact events. f) send information and/or respond to the requests submitted by the owner, g) transfer them to our subsidiaries and strategic allies and h) transmit them to the suppliers that support our activities, i) Allow photographic and audiovisual recording during the different events, with the purpose of in order to generate and publish news, in the different media, on our portals and on social networks. In any case, the CCB will respect the copyright and intellectual property rights of the pieces used in promotional or advertising material, without this implying any remuneration and/or financial compensation and j) generate reports or statistics. To resolve doubts and concerns related to data processing, submit your requests and/or exercise your rights, you can write to us at protecciondedatos@ccb.org.co, or do so at any of our offices, in compliance with what is described in the Article 2.2.2.25.4.1 of Decree 1074 of 2015. Likewise, the CCB informs you that your rights as the owner of personal data are: (i) Free access to the data provided that has been processed. (ii) Know, update and rectify your information against partial, inaccurate, incomplete, fractioned, misleading data, or those whose treatment is prohibited or has not been authorized. (iii) Request proof of the authorization granted. (iv) Submit complaints to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) for violations of the provisions of current regulations. (v) Revoke the authorization and/or request the deletion of the data, provided that there is no legal or contractual duty that prevents its deletion. (vi) Refrain from answering questions about sensitive data.
