Would you like to receive free support to identify and structure improvement plans for your company?
The Affiliates Circle, in partnership with the Fundación Universitaria del Área Andina (Areandina), offers support aimed at diagnosing opportunities for improvement, defining strategic plans, and supporting their implementation, with the goal of strengthening business management and performance.
Phases:
Phase 1. Diagnostic Design. Start of the consulting process by completing a survey to identify the needs of each company.
Phase 2. Training in Business Models. In this phase, complementary training needs will be identified for MEMBERS and their work teams to strengthen their business knowledge, which will allow them to prepare for the next phase.
Phase 3. Consulting. In this phase, the analysis and detection of the AFFILIATE's needs will be developed, and strategies and tactical activities will be proposed to meet the detected needs. At the end, the AFFILIATE will be given
a document detailing both the situational analysis and the proposed strategies and tactics or activities to be implemented. To be developed over four (4) academic months.
Phase 4. Support. In this phase, the student will support the AFFILIATE in the implementation of the proposed improvement plan.
LIMITED SPACES These calls for applications are made twice a year, once per semester, and are managed via email, which includes a form for interested companies to complete. The respective university will then call them and begin the process.
