Gift Card - ARA Supermarkets Virtual Gift Voucher

This promotion is intended for first-tier active affiliates who obtained this status before April 1, 2024, and for those who, in 2026, have renewed their commercial registration and renew their membership by March 31, 2026.

It applies only to affiliates within the jurisdiction of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce.

The voucher will be sent to the business email address registered in the Commercial Registry, in order of renewal, while supplies last (2,000 units for those who renew between February 20 and March 16, and 1,152 units for those who renew between March 17 and March 31, 2026).

The “gift voucher,” also known as a purchase voucher or ARA supermarket voucher, is issued by JERÓNIMO MARTINS COLOMBIA SAS (NIT 900.480.569-1) and can be redeemed for the value indicated in the “Amount” at the establishments nationwide listed on the ARA Stores website https://aratiendas.com/ubicacion-tiendas/. To redeem the voucher, the bearer must present it at the payment point of any ARA Store establishment and may use the total or partial value of the amount. If the purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the beneficiary may pay the excess using any means of payment (cash, debit or credit card, accepted in the store).

Partial redemption of this voucher for an amount less than its value (i) will not result in a cash refund of the unredeemed amount; (ii) does not automatically extend the term or validity of the voucher; (iii) is not negotiable for cash and does not generate interest; and (iv) the value of the voucher will not be refunded if it is not used before the expiration date (December 31, 2026).

The voucher cannot be redeemed if the number assigned by the cashier of the commercial establishment is not provided, nor can it be redeemed for purchases made through channels such as the website or WhatsApp of JERÓNIMO MARTINS COLOMBIA SAS. The values of the voucher will only be redeemable for products supplied directly by JERÓNIMO MARTINS COLOMBIA SAS.
