1. Purpose of the promotion The purpose of this promotional activity is to encourage the renewal of membership in the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce (CCB) Affiliate Circle during the periods established in this document. Affiliates who complete their renewal within the specified dates will be eligible to participate in the drawing for the prizes described in the following sections:

2. Prize draw and promotion validity The promotion will apply exclusively to renewals made during the following periods: Renewals between January 1 and March 16, 2026: Participate in the prize draw for:

• 2 motorcycles

• 15 electric scooters

• 30 tablets

Renewals between March 17 and March 31, 2026: Participate in the drawing for:

• 2 motorcycles

• 10 electric scooters

• 22 tablets

The drawing is scheduled for the second week of April 2026.

3. Eligible participants The following may participate:

• Individuals and legal entities that are active members of the Affiliates Circle.

• Members who renew their membership within the indicated periods.

• Members who maintain their active membership until the day of the raffle.

The following may not participate:

• Members who renew their business registration without renewing their membership.

• New members.

• Members of the Board of Directors of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce.

• Affiliated companies of CCB collaborators.

4. Mechanics of the draw

The draw will be carried out using the draw application developed by the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce (CCB), designed to ensure high standards of transparency, integrity, and randomness in the selection of winners. This application will also ensure that a participating affiliate can only win a maximum of one of the prizes drawn.

The raffle process will be carried out in accordance with the following stages:

4.1. Uploading and validation of the participant database The list of prizes and the single database of eligible participants, corresponding to each renewal period defined for the promotional activity, will be uploaded to the application.

The database must be validated in advance by the team designated by the CCB, the delegate of the highest administrative authority, and, if applicable, by the CCB's Internal Audit Department.

The application will allow for the verification of:

• The correspondence between the total number of records uploaded and the certified database.

• The absence of duplicates.

• The proper exclusion of ineligible records.

• The identification of participants according to their commercial registration number.

4.2 Execution of the draw

Once the basis has been validated:

• The parameters of the draw will be configured, such as the number of prizes, the corresponding period, and the rules for allocation.

• The application will randomly assign the winning participant's registration number to one of the prizes drawn from among the eligible participants.

• All prizes in the promotion will remain in the possession of the public.

The system will guarantee:

• Randomness in the selection of winners.

• Integrity, traceability, and non-alteration of the registered rules and procedures.

• Once the draw is complete, the system will generate official reports, which will be signed or certified by the persons responsible as defined by the CCB.

5. Technical Specifications of the Draw Software

The application used to run the draw has the following characteristics:

The system has been previously tested for functionality, randomness algorithm validation, and operational stability verification. In previous cycles of institutional use, the application has been externally audited to ensure its suitability.

6. Software Access and Operational Responsibilities

User authorized to operate the lottery process.

The authorized user will be responsible for:

• Logging into the system using their assigned credentials.

• Starting the system and verifying that everything is at zero (0).

• Uploading the corresponding databases.

• Running the draw under the supervision of the designated officials.

• Generating and delivering the reports produced by the application.

7. Publication of winners and awarding of prizes

• Winners will be contacted by telephone and informed at the business email address registered in the Commercial Registry.

• The Affiliates Circle will publish the results through the official channels it determines.

• Prizes will be delivered at the CCB's facilities, Avenida El Dorado # 68D-35 (Bogotá, D.C.) within the regulatory period of thirty (30) calendar days provided for in Article 10 of Decree 493 of 2001.

• If a winner does not accept or claim the prize within the period established by the CCB, the prize will be considered void until a new draw is held.

The CCB will not assume any additional costs arising from procedures, transportation, transfers, or taxes associated with the delivery of the prize, unless otherwise specified in the prize delivery certificate. This document will list all winners with their respective signatures and identity documents, which will be sent to the LOTERÍA DE CUNDINAMARCA within five (5) business days following the date of delivery of the raffled prizes.

8. General conditions

• Participation in this promotion implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

• Prizes are not replaceable, transferable, or redeemable for cash.

• The CCB may modify these terms in the event of force majeure, regulatory changes, or circumstances beyond its control, with prior notice to participants.

• The CCB's responsibility is limited exclusively to the delivery of the prizes as established herein.

9. Processing of personal data

The processing of participants' data will be carried out in accordance with the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce's Personal Data Processing Policy. The data will be used solely for the management of this promotional game.
