If you wish to carry out this procedure directly at any of our offices, remember that it is mandatory to present the ID card that accredits you as a member.

• Certificate of Mercantile Registration

• Certificate of Existence and Legal Representation or inscription of documents of mercantile registry.

• De facto company

• Certificate of trade books

• Negative of trade books

• Commercial establishment, branch and/or agency (if your establishment is co-owned, please request it to the affiliate circle email circulodeafiliados@ccb.org.co).

* It does not apply to certificates of the sole registry of bidders (RUP).

Special certificates:

Follow the directions below to request your special certificates: (historical and textual).

• Download and fill out this form to request the required special certificate(s).

• Send the form to the e-mail circulodeafiliados@ccb.org.co authorizing and informing the security code that is in the card that accredits you as a member.

• The required certificate will be requested internally and will be deducted from the quota of certificates to which you are entitled as a member.

Response time: Eight (8) business hours counted from the date and time of filing the request (24 hours from filing), in any case the maximum time will be 15 business days. Consult the response times here. Notes: The above applies except for the following cases: Delivery of the historical certificate: second working day, following the date of filing, in any case the maximum time will be 15 working days. Delivery of the sample reconstruction certificate: fifth working day, following the date of filing, in any case the maximum time will be 15 working days.

Please note that:

1. An active member is considered to be one who has his or her commercial registration and affiliation for the current year in force.

2. The value calculated for the certificate quota per member will be based on the membership fee paid for the current year.

3. The balances of the quota for free certificates cannot be accumulated from one year to the next. Consequently, as of the membership renewal date, the new quota for requesting free certificates will begin, which will be valid until March 31 of the following year or until the next renewal, whichever occurs first.

4. In case you exhaust your quota in advance, you will have to pay the value corresponding to the additional certificates you request.

5. When the affiliate does not renew its commercial registration and/or affiliation in the first quarter of each year, the quota it had for free certificates will remain at $0 as of April 1 of the current year.

6. The affiliate who has a balance in favor, which is not enough to cover the total cost of a certificate, will be able to pay the excess to acquire a single certificate of its own company name. This procedure applies only at the public attention offices.
