The Bogota Chamber of Commerce grants its Affiliates, natural and legal persons, the right and benefit of obtaining proof of their affiliation by means of a digital card that certifies their membership in the CCB Affiliates Circle as an active member of the CCB, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 6.3 of Article 6 of the CCB Affiliates Regulations.

How can you download it?

The online service is provided exclusively for active members of the CCB Affiliates Circle. If you are a new affiliate, within three (3) business days following the decision of the Affiliation Committee approving your membership application. The Affiliates Circle has three (3) types of cards:

1. Card for principal and/or alternate legal representative(s) The legal representatives of the Affiliate or the natural person Affiliate, may obtain a physical and/or digital card that identifies them as such and includes the following benefits: -Preferential attention. -Free certifications of the Commercial Registry up to the quota allowed by the membership. -Access to CORFERIAS' own fairs, as long as the identification document is presented together with the physical and/or digital card.

Note: Each businessman or legal representative and/or alternate(s), will be able to enter with their virtual password to download their digital ID card. For the purposes of the physical card, it will be sent to the principal entrepreneur or legal representative. If an alternate legal representative requires a physical ID card, he/she must request it at carneafiliado@ccb.org.co and it will be delivered to the business address registered in the Commercial Registry, within a term not exceeding 15 business days.

2. Card (Courier) for the personnel of your company, with preferential access for your procedures All Affiliates may obtain a physical and/or digital card for the person/s who carry out procedures on their behalf, which will enable them to obtain the following benefits at the CCB's offices: Preferential attention. Free certifications of the Commercial Registry up to the quota allowed by the membership.

Note: Each affiliated company or businessman will be able to enter with his virtual password to download his digital ID card. For the purposes of the physical card, it will be delivered together with that of the main legal representative.

3. Promotional Card All Affiliates may delegate two (2) beneficiaries under their discretion and responsibility, to obtain the following benefit: Access to the fairs of CORFERIAS, as long as they present, together with the physical or digital card, their identification document.

Note: Each company or affiliated businessman, may enter with your virtual password and download the cards of their beneficiaries (Does not apply to minors). For the purposes of the physical card, you can claim them at a branch and it applies to minors, by filling out the “Request for promotional cards” form.

How long is the physical and/or digital ID card valid? The physical and/or digital ID card is conditioned to the validity of the active member's membership, under the terms of Article 20 of Law 1727 of 2014. That is, until March 31 of the following year, at which time he/she must renew his/her membership to maintain such benefit for the same term, that is, until March 31 of the following year, thus generating a physical and/or digital membership card, for each term. Please note that disaffiliation implies the loss of access to the online service of the digital membership card.

Old cards will remain valid until March 31. Starting April 1, you can download your new 2026 card and continue enjoying all the current benefits.
