Due to the high volume of visitors during the renewal season, please note that:

  • Only one person per transaction may enter (the registered individual, legal representative, and/or proxy).

  • Accompanying persons are only allowed in cases where assistance is required to complete the procedure, such as with elderly adults, persons with reduced mobility, or persons with any type of disability that requires accompaniment.

  • Please avoid attending with minors.
