San Victorino a la Moda' left this sector ready for the end of the year season.

06 November 2024Technical support, specialized training, business rounds and marketing spaces were the CCB's actions this year to strengthen the sector.

San Victorino a la Moda' left this sector ready for the year-end season he second edition of 'San Victorino a la Moda', organized by the Bogota Chamber of Commerce (CCB), which was held between October 16 and 19, contributed decisively to the strengthening and positioning of this traditional sector of the city as a space where creativity and innovation are the order of the day for national and international buyers. The strategy focused on strengthening the sector in alliance with the Gran San, Neos, Visto and Punto Once shopping centers, as well as AsoSanVictorino. The entire process benefited more than 22,200 micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, including the thousands of families that work in the Madrugón. The balance is a complete success, since in four days more than 12,000 customers were served. This was a bid to consolidate San Victorino as the epicenter of fashion in Bogota, strengthen the competitiveness of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises through technical assistance strategies to increase productivity, generate new business opportunities and attract new customers. For this purpose, brand activations were carried out and special collections were launched for the end-of-year and 2025 seasons, which, together with other strategies within the framework of the CCB's Program to Support the Competitiveness of the Fashion Sector, enable entrepreneurs to access new markets, in addition to aligning their offerings with current fashion trends. “San Victorino a la Moda is one of the most ambitious initiatives of the CCB and is part of our commitment to support this traditional sector of the capital. In this way we contribute to the strengthening and projection of the popular economy, as well as to the growth of micro, small and medium-sized companies engaged in the manufacture and marketing of garments,” explained Ovidio Claros Polanco, executive president of the Bogota Chamber of Commerce.
