  • The Virtual Wheel of Human Talent, which is carried out with the support of the Sena, starts with more than 550 vacancies and will be available for a month from October 7, here. With it, it seeks to link young talent in companies in the transport and logistics sectors so that they have duly qualified human resources according to their needs.

  • The launch will take place within the framework of the virtual event "Connecting opportunities: human talent in logistics and transport" in which issues of human talent management by competencies, trends in human talent in the sector and the importance of soft skills in the world of work aimed at students and entrepreneurs.

Bogotá, October 2021.

The Bogotá Chamber of Commerce, with the support of the Center for Market Management, Logistics and Information Technology of the Sena, will launch next Thursday, October 7, the first Virtual Roundtable on Human Talent for the logistics sector and transportation.

Thus, young Bogotá and the region's professional technologists and technicians, interns and apprentices in programs related to transportation and logistics will be able to achieve an effective connection with companies.

So far, there are already more than 550 vacancies for those interested to apply by clicking on this link. New companies interested in obtaining qualified human resources can also join the initiative during the month that the platform will be on the air.
