Daniel Naranjo Rendón

Profile: Daniel Naranjo is Vice President of Execution for BeWay, the largest behavioral science company in Latin America and Spain and an adjunct professor at Instituto de Empresa (IE) in Madrid. He leads a team of more than 40 behavioral scientists, designers and data scientists working on projects ranging from behavioral diagnostics through experimental design and data analysis to project scaling. He specializes in the financial sector where he leads more than 100 experiments per year with an ROI of 1-9. Academically, Daniel holds a degree in psychology from the University of Barcelona (Spain) and a master's degree in applied psychology and behavioral economics from the University of Bath (England).

Profile: David Boronat, a graduate in Business Management and Administration from ESADE, is founder and currently President and Chief Future Officer of Multiplica, one of the most recognized digital consulting firms in Spanish-speaking countries. Recognized internet expert with a long career as a consultant, he is also a speaker and business angel. Diego Noriega
Company: Newtopia VC Position: Managing Partner
Profile: Managing Partner of @NewtopiaVC; a very early stage venture capital firm that invests and supports high impact entrepreneurs in Latin America. Diego manages the portfolio startups, helping them reach their goals and build a successful business. He also leads Newtopia's communications efforts to give visibility to all of the firm's major initiatives and the companies in which they invest. As an entrepreneur, he co-founded and managed 23 technology startups since 1999. In 2009 he was selected as an Endeavor Entrepreneur. In 2011 he sold alaMaula to eBay. From 2011 to 2014 he was the General Manager of eBay in Latin America. Since 2016 he has focused on his main passion: mentoring entrepreneurs to scale their startups. Karen Scarpetta Motta
Company: Wework Position: LatAm Regional General Manager
Profile: Karen Scarpetta is the Regional General Manager of WeWork Latin America. With an established track record as a business leader in the Colombian market that has led her to achieve important accomplishments in Latin America, Karen led WeWork's arrival in Colombia where she made the company the largest office tenant in Bogota with more than 83,000 m2 leased. At the end of 2021 she assumed the leadership of the company for all of South and Central America, specifically for the countries of Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Costa Rica where in the first year she achieved a 65% growth in the number of members in the region; a result that, among others, led her to assume from September 2022 the leadership of WeWork for Latin America, including Mexico and thus manage the operation of the platform of flexible spaces in 5 countries, 9 cities, 48 buildings, with 68 thousand members and more than 500 collaborators in the region. Karen was also a member of the Council of Women Entrepreneurs for Gender Equality organized by the Presidency of the Republic of Colombia and was recognized in 2019 among the 100 best Colombian managers.

Profile: Investor and entrepreneur, Marco is founder and CEO of Mind the Bridge, a global open innovation platform that works for Fortune 100 companies, startups and investors. He is also founder and managing partner of MTS Fund, a Silicon Valley seed venture capital fund. Previously, he was responsible for developing partnerships for Google in various areas of digital publishing for over 7 years. María del Mar Vélez

Profile: Maria del Mar studied Economics and Business at New York University. After graduating, she worked for 6 years as an analyst and associate at JP Morgan in the Asset Management and Alternative Investments teams. Maria del Mar then moved to Lima, Peru and founded Crack The Code. Crack The Code is an online academy of live Computer Science classes for Spanish speaking students from all over the region. They currently have students from over 20 countries, and have had over 13,000 students. In April 2022, joined the Innova Schools board of directors.

René Lomelí Ojeda

Profile: René Lomelí, Partner at 500 Global, has been part of the investment fund's team since 2013. He is currently responsible for its "Somos Lucha" program, the fund's communication efforts and its internal community. To date, he has been part of more than 250 investments in the region, including companies such as Konfio, 99minutos, Justo, Talently and Graviti.

Sebastián Noguera

Sergio Pachón
Company: Kiwibot. Position: President and co-founder.
Profile: Sergio Pachón Reyes is an industrial engineer from Universidad Javeriana, with a focus on logistics and production. In 2014, he founded his first startup, Lulo domicilios, one of the first services in LATAM to order market at home, which was acquired in 2015 by Merqueo. In 2016, he traveled to California and founded Kiwibot, an autonomous robotic system used for last mile deliveries through safe, efficient and cost-effective operations. Kiwibot currently has a fleet of 600 robots, has made more than 300 000 deliveries and has operations in more than 30 locations between the United States and the Middle East.
