How can I request my electronic certificates?
Currently, you can acquire the certificates you require virtually, through our web portal www.ccb.org.co or in person at any of our offices located in Bogota and the region.
If your purchase was made physically, you will be given a printed copy of the electronic certificate issued, which you will be able to consult and validate unlimitedly during 60 calendar days, counted from the moment you made the purchase.
Keep in mind that the virtual service allows you to acquire electronic certificates, with total security and legal validity, according to the provisions of Law 527 of 1999.

These are the certificates that you can obtain through the virtual service:
Commercial registration.
Existence and legal representation.

Benefits of acquiring an electronic certificate:
Savings: in travel costs, purchase and use of certificates from any place and time.
Ease: purchase up to 200 electronic certificates per application and pay them through electronic debit from your savings or checking account, via PSE, credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Diners and Credencial through Credibanco's payment button), or at the branches of the authorized banks (see payment methods CCB - Bogotá Chamber of Commerce). Please note that this payment is not received at CCB branches.
Validity: the electronic certificate you issue has legal validity in accordance with the provisions of Law 527 of 1999. To validate the integrity of the certificate information you can use the verification code located on the top of the certificate.
Security: the electronic certificates are issued in .PDF format, have a digital signature that guarantees its authenticity and integrity, which is supported by Certicámara S.A., authorized and supervised by the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (If you request several, you can download them in ZIP format).
Validity and term of electronic certificates:
Electronic certificates are valid documents that have a digital signature, as established in Law 527 of 1999 and a security mechanism called unique verification code, which is located at the top of the certificate. In the following items we specify the deadlines, validity and other terms about the certificates:
You have a maximum term to download the certificates of 48 hours. If after this time you have not downloaded it, you must call the Immediate Response Line (061) 3830330.
You will have a period of 60 days for the entity receiving the certificate to validate the content of the certificates through the verification code.
After generating the certificates, the system will not proceed to refund the money.
The certificates issued by this service are also valid in printed form.
