The Bogotá Chamber of Commerce (CCB), in collaboration with the firm Consenso S. A. S., has launched an open call to participate in the "Gender Equity Survey in the CCB Jurisdiction - 2023."

The importance of this survey lies in its ability to shed light on the barriers that women face in the workplace, addressing various stages such as the hiring process, working conditions, labor market segregation, caregiving responsibilities, empowerment, and biases in the workplace.

This initiative aims to give a voice to a large group of individuals, having selected 6,207,000 people to be a fundamental part of this research. The gathered responses will be essential to improve the understanding of the challenges that women face in the workplace and to design more effective gender equality strategies and policies.
