It will be composed of value networks articulated around a core of healthcare institutions accredited in quality and clinical outcomes measurement.

It will have a differentiated and comprehensive portfolio of products, services, and information, as well as an effective positioning strategy at the national and international levels. It will be recognized for its academic programs related to health sciences and will have highly skilled human talent for service delivery, as well as leadership in research, development, and innovation activities. Additionally, it will have developed comprehensive healthcare models with accessible, safe hospital environments equipped with state-of-the-art technology to meet the needs and expectations of citizens.
