This database has no cost and the savings for our affiliates is approximately $8.5 million.

Terms and conditions for downloading the database of affiliates The Chamber of Commerce of Bogota - CCB in order to strengthen the business activities of our affiliates provides access to the exclusive database in compliance with the functions assigned by law, acting as responsible for the processing of data collects, stores, uses, circulates and deletes the data for traders registered in the commercial register that we manage, whether natural persons or legal entities that have the affiliated quality.

As a CCB affiliate, you may download and consult the Affiliates' Circle database containing the commercial and financial information provided in the commercial registry by logging in through the virtual password service*. The affiliates database is updated periodically (monthly) and, therefore, the information in the latest updated database must be used**.

Consequently, those who access the data registered in this database must use them only for the following purposes:

1. Strengthen its business activity as an affiliate of the CCB.

2. To make business contacts among CCB affiliates.

3. Identify business opportunities within the CCB Affiliates Circle.

4. Support commercial and business development within the CCB Affiliates Circle.

5. Increase the business competitiveness of the affiliates that belong to the CCB Affiliates Circle.

6. Make use of current information taking into account the periods of updating and not historical information.

Now, once the database is downloaded for consultation, you agree to obtain the corresponding authorization for the processing of the data of the owners as established by Law 1581 of 2012, its regulatory decrees and the indications of the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce; to keep and maintain strictly confidential and not to disclose to third parties, commercial and financial information obtained from other affiliates by the use of this database. Therefore, you are solely responsible for the information made available to your service. It is forbidden any commercialization or delivery to third parties in any way of the information contained in the database. Likewise, you agree not to disseminate, transfer, transmit or make available to third parties, element or content that constitutes false, harmful, hostile, abusive, irritating, problematic, threatening, tortuous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, unfounded or harmful information that invades the privacy of any affiliate. In case of losing the affiliate status, access to the (updated) database is restricted.

Any complaint or information that the CCB receives from third parties about non-compliance, abuse or misuse, may be investigated by this entity, who if necessary will take measures and initiate legal and extra-legal actions against you, to obtain the cessation of conduct or remedies and compensation that may be due under applicable law.
